TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AGE VERIFICATION

Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003, it is a legal violation for any individual under the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages. We will exclusively sell our products to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, as mandated by the law. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older. If you are making a purchase as a gift, the recipient must also be of legal drinking age, which is 18 years or older.

SHIPPING

Cheers Britannia endeavors to dispatch all orders within three days of order receipt. Typically, deliveries are completed within 48 hours. However, during busier periods, please allow up to five days. For expedited delivery, you can use our Next Day Delivery service.

For monthly subscription deliveries, they will be dispatched on the same date each month.

SHIPPING FEES

Delivery charges within Mainland UK are complimentary.

All our deliveries are conducted by our trusted courier partners who will send you an email confirmation once your shipping has been scheduled. This email will include a 2-hour delivery time slot.

Our couriers make two delivery attempts, and if possible, they will leave your order in a secure location or with a neighbour. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be held at the depot for two days before being returned to us.

Please take note: In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase cost, minus the delivery charges. For items with free delivery, we will apply a £6 charge to cover the delivery cost. Should you wish to have the item re-sent after a return, we may apply an additional delivery charge.

The cost for Express 24 Hour delivery is £3.00 and is specifically for the following working day, e.g., ordering on a Friday for delivery on the following Monday. Our couriers typically do not handle parcel deliveries over the weekend or on bank holidays. However, Saturday morning deliveries may be arranged upon special request for an additional fee.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 7 working days of receiving their items.

RETURN POLICY

You have the option to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days from the day you receive your order, provided that all bottles are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. To qualify for a refund, please follow these conditions:

1. Email us at support@cheersbritannia.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return all items unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

3. The return delivery charge will be your responsibility.

Cheers Britannia will refund the charges within 14 days.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be granted in compliance with your legal rights. If your product is found to be faulty, damaged, or unfit for purpose, please contact us at support@cheersbritannia.co.uk.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a specific product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please be aware that product availability may change, and the items may differ from the images displayed on the website.

*Kindly note that due to the nature of microbreweries, it may sometimes be necessary to substitute a beer when stock runs low. In such cases, we will make every effort to replace it with a beer from the same brewery and with a similar style.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, bottles may occasionally sustain damage during transit. We recommend inspecting your delivery for breakages and leaks. If you detect any such issues, kindly refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to Cheers Britannia. We will promptly replace your purchase at no additional cost. Claims regarding breakages or shortages must be documented on the courier's paperwork.

We guarantee that the beers you receive have undergone our rigorous quality control process. Your feedback, comments, and constructive criticism are always welcome. PAYMENT

Orders must be accompanied by payment, preferably through our website. We use Shopify for all card payments and also accept PayPal.

PRICES

All transactions are conducted in British Pounds and include VAT. If applicable, delivery charges are added during the checkout process. While we strive to maintain competitive prices, we reserve the right to adjust prices in response to supplier increases.
