Cheers Britannia brings you a bespoke range of curated beers from the UK’s finest craft breweries. Choose between 6- or 12-bottle boxes, available in a variety of styles and delivery schedules to suit your preferences.
2. How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We're delighted to tell you that as long as you are Mainland UK, ie Excl Highlands and Islands, delivery is on us and takes 2-3 days. If you would like it quicker, just choose express shipping and we'll send it next working day.
3. If i've ordered regular deliveries can I swap styles or tweak delivery dates?
Absolutely. You have complete flexibility—simply log into your account to make changes. If you prefer, just drop us a line and we can handle edits for you. Pre-paid subscriptions that can't be adjusted online can also be updated by our friendly team.
4. How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to ship out orders within one working day—typically via DHL’s next-day service. They’ll attempt delivery twice and may leave your parcel safely with a neighbour if you're not in. (Best of British Beer)
5. I've chosen a beer club- will it auto-renew?
Nope! Our model is refreshingly simple and transparent. Pre-paid plans do not roll over. For ongoing monthly subscriptions, you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us.
6. What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
We maintain a 98–99% success rate, but mistakes do happen. If anything’s off with your order—missing items, damage, or mix-ups—just contact us and we’ll put it right promptly.
7. Can I include a gift message?
Of course! You can leave a personal note during checkout and we’ll include it on a classy greeting card with your order.
8. Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?
Yes—mainland UK delivery is covered. For Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland, there are additional courier charges applied at checkout. You’ll see calculated costs before you complete your order.
9. What about returns?
We offer a 30-day return period post-delivery, as long as the items are unopened and in original packaging. Reach out to our team for assistance.
10. How will I know what’s happening with my delivery?
You’ll receive an email once your order is processed, complete with tracking information so you can follow its journey from our brewery partners to your doorstep.
